The point of this website is to give people who are particularly not "marketable" or "idealistic" a voice. A chance to speak their mind. Oftentimes, in STEM and in university in general, the "marketable" voice and people you oftentimes see in commercials, vlogs, and promotional videos are people who are advantaged one way in another. They may be fluent in English, able-bodied, neurotypical, apart of an ethnic and lingustic majority, or are apart of the sex majority in a field. These are people who do NOT fit that bill one way or another. I encourage free speech and dialectic. And in turn, I think documenting those who are disadvantaged, different, and giving them a platform is apart of it.
